Correcting misaligned teeth and creating more even edges with Direct Composite Bonding
Composite Bonding
This patient was unhappy with the position, shape and colour of the teeth. He did not want orthodontic treatment and opted for the use of porcelain veneers/crowns to improve the overall look of his smile. A case like this involves a mixture of porcelain veneers and crowns to correct the position of the teeth and maintain a good bite.
20 porcelain restorations have been placed (10 upper and 10 lower).

This patient had a baby tooth present and wanted to disguise this and produce a more symmetrical smile. Composite edge bonding was used on the upper teeth and the baby tooth was covered with a hand layered composite veneer to produce a more adult like tooth.
This was completed with no alteration to the natural teeth.
