He did not want orthodontic treatment and opted for the use of porcelain veneers/crowns to improve the overall look of his smile. About this case
This patient had a baby tooth present and wanted to disguise this and produce a more symmetrical smile. Composite edge bonding was used on the upper teeth and the baby tooth was covered with a hand layered composite veneer to produce a more adult like tooth.
This was completed with no alteration to the natural teeth.
