Implant Retained Dentures

The best way to stabilise a loose denture is by using dental implants to anchor the denture. If you have lost all of your teeth then the bone and gums shrink which can cause the ridges the dentures sit on to become very flat. Once the ridge has become flat it is very difficult for you to keep the denture in place.

Dental Implants can be placed on either side of the jaw to create an anchor that the denture is attached to. This means that once the denture has been attached to the implant it will be very firm.

If you are interested in this option Dr Al-Shaikh and Dr Malloch regularly perform denture stabilisation and would be happy to go through all the options and costs with you.
